“TUI Magic Life Masmavi struck me as a property designed for families, with its extensive grounds hosting multiple pools, a dedicated kids' club, and even mini-golf, plus, the beachfront location is undeniably a highlight. While some may find the evening entertainment a bit limited, the sheer variety of activities and dining options creates a holiday experience that feels both comprehensive and relaxed, in my opinion. It's a solid choice for those prioritizing activity and convenience.”

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
dirty bathroom old room
The hotel ground is big, but some things weren't great. The room I had was a bit dated, I think. The bathroom seemed not very clean. I found hairs in the bed and bathroom, and this bothered me.

Not Quite the 5-Star Experience Expected
inappropriate behaviour inadequate support
The variety of food available in the restaurants was acceptable.
Unfortunately, one of the entertainment team members acted inappropriately with my partner and touched them without consent. This employee later spread negative rumors about us, which resulted in a drunken couple attacking us. My disabled partner was pushed to the ground, and the hotel staff did not offer adequate support.

attentive service king beds food standard mold spot noisy fridge different materials
the service was attentive. i arrived late due to a flight delay. a buggy took me to my upgraded room with two king beds and a large balcony. the food in the main restaurant was of a great standard, offering plenty of choice.
the original room did not match the listing. different materials were present and the color scheme was off. there was mold in one spot. the fridge was noisy, so i unplugged it.
