Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
dirty bathroom old room
The hotel ground is big, but some things weren't great. The room I had was a bit dated, I think. The bathroom seemed not very clean. I found hairs in the bed and bathroom, and this bothered me.

Not Quite the 5-Star Experience Expected
inappropriate behaviour inadequate support
The variety of food available in the restaurants was acceptable.
Unfortunately, one of the entertainment team members acted inappropriately with my partner and touched them without consent. This employee later spread negative rumors about us, which resulted in a drunken couple attacking us. My disabled partner was pushed to the ground, and the hotel staff did not offer adequate support.

balanced stay with some drawbacks
attentive service king beds food standard mold spot noisy fridge different materials
the service was attentive. i arrived late due to a flight delay. a buggy took me to my upgraded room with two king beds and a large balcony. the food in the main restaurant was of a great standard, offering plenty of choice.
the original room did not match the listing. different materials were present and the color scheme was off. there was mold in one spot. the fridge was noisy, so i unplugged it.

super clean cleanliness attentive staff professional entertainment good activities
The resort maintained super clean cleanliness throughout my stay. The meals were enjoyable thanks to the attentive staff. The entertainment options were professional. The splash zone and kids' pool offer good water activities.
I experienced a slight delay at check-in. It was not a major problem. it was noticeable.

The family room included two distinct areas, offering good privacy. It also had a coffee machine for coffee preparation. Extra pillows and blankets were available upon request for added comfort.

The resort had excellent staff available. There was a bar open 24 hours. Multiple pools were accessible, including a chill-out bar for relaxation and recreation.

The hotel includes multiple bars. I found a 24-hour Wunderbar. The hotel offers themed dinners. A Gala night was one theme.
Management did not address this issue.
