A Good Stay

The staff demonstrated attentiveness upon arrival. A buggy transported me to my room quickly. The driver waited while I freshened up, then drove me to the main bar for a drink. I found the service accommodating.
The original room did not match the description. The air conditioner was dusty and did not cool properly. These issues impacted the experience.

The hotel ground is big, but some things weren't great. The room I had was a bit dated, I think. The bathroom seemed not very clean. I found hairs in the bed and bathroom, and this bothered me.

The variety of food available in the restaurants was acceptable.
Unfortunately, one of the entertainment team members acted inappropriately with my partner and touched them without consent. This employee later spread negative rumors about us, which resulted in a drunken couple attacking us. My disabled partner was pushed to the ground, and the hotel staff did not offer adequate support.

the service was attentive. i arrived late due to a flight delay. a buggy took me to my upgraded room with two king beds and a large balcony. the food in the main restaurant was of a great standard, offering plenty of choice.
the original room did not match the listing. different materials were present and the color scheme was off. there was mold in one spot. the fridge was noisy, so i unplugged it.

The resort maintained super clean cleanliness throughout my stay. The meals were enjoyable thanks to the attentive staff. The entertainment options were professional. The splash zone and kids' pool offer good water activities.
I experienced a slight delay at check-in. It was not a major problem. it was noticeable.

The family room included two distinct areas, offering good privacy. It also had a coffee machine for coffee preparation. Extra pillows and blankets were available upon request for added comfort.
